last week we took a closer look on the selection criteria for current transformers. When you do metering in medium- or high voltage environment, you need to use CT/VT meters.
|

|
|
|
Voltage instrument transformers (VT, sometimes also abbreviated with PT) are used on the primary side of medium- and high voltage distribution transformers.
|
|
|
|
|
|
