Today's date is 11.11. Depending on your region you have different activities. In Cologne the Carnival season is starting. Thanks to COVID-19 without alcohol and gatherings.
In China the double 11 festival is a well known Online shopping day. This is more safe from the virus point of view. Nevertheless, there might be some financial back-draws.
