The CL6350C is DC Electric Energy Meter Verificationg Device. It provides the technical environment and means to verify the meter's energy indication error, daily timing error, as well as its creep and starting performance.

Functions

  • The device complies with the national standards JJG842-2017 (Verification Regulation for Electronic DC Electricity Meters) and GB/T33708-2017 (Static DC Electricity Meters).
  • Operated under PC control, it can verify the errors of electronic DC electricity meters in accordance with the relevant regulations. It is capable of calibrating both directly connected DC electricity meters and those connected via external shunts.
  • The test bench is equipped with six meter positions, accommodating the calibration of:
    * Indirectly connected and directly connected DC electricity meters.
    * DC reference meters.
    * DC charging pile calibrators.
  • Key components, including the CL6115C DC Standard Meter, CL6332C DC Voltage Source, and CL6019C DC Power Source, can be used independently and sent for calibration separately.
  • The system supports both automatic and manual verification modes. The calibration procedure is configurable, allowing users to choose between fully automatic verification or step-by-step manual operation for enhanced flexibility and ease of use.
  • Additional functionalities include:
    * DC ripple measurement.
    * Immunity tests against supply voltage variations.
    * Reverse polarity voltage tests.
