Three-Phase Test Bench CL3000

CL3000 fully complies with the latest JJG597 regulation. It supports up to 150 A for 8-hour continuous testing, and start-up testing starting from as low as 0.3 mA. Suitable for full-performance testing, sampling, and 100% inspection of next-generation smart meters. Testing scope covers metering, functionality, and performance verification.

Product Features

  • The minimum current setting is 1 mA, meeting the low-current testing requirements of the R46 International Recommendation;
  • It can perform error and functional testing on single-phase electricity meters based on the R46 International Recommendation;
  • It is capable of conducting creep and start-up tests on the electricity meters under test in accordance with R46 requirements.
  • Capable of generating various waveforms, including sine waves, harmonics, sub-harmonics, odd-order harmonics, square waves, peaked waves, pulse waves, zero-crossing waves, and higher-order harmonics;
  • Support 10 types of harmonic waveform tests per R46 and the new version of IEC, plus 7 additional special voltage dip and interruption waveforms; errors can be calculated through long-term cumulative energy measurement;
  • Fully support R46-related evaluations;
  • All-in-one machine, with optional features such as automatic error detection and rapid load current variation.
