CL3401 / CL3403 is an AC withstand voltage test device designed for electric energy meters. It can be manually controlled via the controller, or managed and controlled via a computer.
Functions
- It can meet various withstand voltage test requirements: voltage / current to ground; voltage to current; between current circuits.
- It is suitable for AC withstand voltage tests on all types of electric energy meters.
- The output voltage value and leakage current protection value can be manually set.
- An emergency stop button is provided for ease of operation and safety.
- A protection device is equipped; the high voltage will be automatically cut off if personnel accidentally approach the high-voltage area.
- The withstand voltage test voltage can be set within the range of 300 … 4000 V.
- The withstand voltage duration can be set from 0 to 999 seconds.
- The withstand voltage leakage current protection threshold can be set as: (0.5 … 100) mA ± 5%.
- It can perform withstand voltage tests on the voltage/current circuits of the meter under test to ground, and provides an auxiliary terminal grounding port with a voltage < 50 V.
- It can display the high-voltage output value and the elapsed time of the ongoing withstand voltage test, and automatically cut off the high voltage after the test is completed.
- Acoustic and optical alarms are activated during the withstand voltage test.
