By definition a gimmick is a novel device or idea designed primarily to attract attention or increase appeal, often with little intrinsic value.
Over the last year we have filled the informative part of our website with educational articles around all aspects of energy metering. Thanks to your questions and contributions it' always interesting.

CLOU-Pong

Table Tennis (Pīngpāng qiú 乒乓球) is one of the top National sports in China. As a proof of concept we have remade a very old arcade game.
Pong is one of the oldest video games. It was first introduced in 1972 by Atari for gambling halls and in 1975 for running on the TV.
Meanwhile, the Javascript-code is open-source.

In difference to the video-game you play vs. a random selected member of our wonderful sales team or the computer. Touch-screen support works best in landscape mode. Moving the paddle with the computer-mouse should be fine. If you don't see anything, you either need to update your browser or activate JavaScript.
The main purpose is not the game. We try to find the scripting limitations and user acceptance for our future animations and tutorials. As the website has to deal with different screen sizes, different browsers and operating systems, the result can get unexpected. Have fun!
