Beijing, China – On April 8, 2023, the 11th Energy Storage International Exhibition (ESIE2023) was successfully held at the Shougang Exhibition & Convention Center in Beijing, China. The event showcased the latest innovations and technological advancements in the energy storage industry, featuring prominent industry players from around the world.

During the exhibition, we proudly presented two new series of energy storage products named Aqua Liquid and Aero Wind Cold, alongside our smart lean operation and maintenance software named CLOU Byzer O&MS. These innovative products are empowered by our product philosophy of “CLOU ESS=E³S”, which stands for ultimate safety, the best performance, most stability, and smart management. The Product Highlights

  • Deliver increased power:
    Power charging and discharging must meet the growing demands of end-customers, while simultaneously reducing backup power consumption.
  • Improved economic model:
    Adopting flexible and cost-effective Capex distribution, phasing the mobilization of energy storage systems, taking up less space, and increasing the project's operational cycle.
  • Accelerated grid connection capacity:
    Higher standardized products can adapt to various customized project requirements, minimize on-site engineering operations, and enhance the efficiency of grid connection and operation.
  • Enhanced operational efficiency:
    Large-scale projects require greater overall station availability to prevent station outages and minimize operational costs.

Aqua Liquid Series

The newly launched Aqua series comprises three standard energy storage products – Aqua-C, Aqua-E, and Aqua-E Pro. Aqua-C is a 4.18 MWh 20-foot container energy storage system, Aqua-E is a 420 kWh capacity expansion cabinet, and Aqua-E Pro is a 200 kW/420 kWh integrated machine for industrial and commercial storage.

Compared to the previous generation, the Aqua series delivers significant improvements. The cycle life of the Aqua series has increased by 35 %, surpassing 10,000 charging cycles. Additionally, the Aqua series have a 38 % increase in energy density and a 30 % reduction in auxiliary power consumption.

Aqua-C supports dual box parallel operation, occupying over 50 % less floor space than the previous generation. Aqua-E is suitable for capacity augmentation applications and can be paired with Aqua-C. Aqua-E Pro is an independent energy storage system designed for industrial and commercial usage.

The Aqua series comes with DCDC and supports cluster level management, delivering an availability rate of up to 99.5 %. The entire system features an active balancing system, which reduces debugging and maintenance time by over 40 %.

Aero Wind Cold Series

In addition to the Aqua series, we have also launched three new air-cooled energy storage products – Aero-C, Aero-E, and Aero-E Pro. Aero-C is a 3.01 MWh standard 20-foot container energy storage system, Aero-E is a 322 kWh capacity expansion cabinet, and Aero-E Pro is a 200 kW/322 kWh integrated machine for industrial and commercial storage.

Compared to the previous generation of air-cooled products, the Aero series offers a 10 % increase in cycle life, with a cycle count exceeding 8,000, and a 10 % reduction in auxiliary power consumption. Aero-C supports dual box parallel machines, which can save over 20 % of land area.

Aero-E can be paired with Aero-C for capacity expansion applications, and Aero-E Pro is an independent energy storage system designed for industrial and commercial usage.

The entire Aero product line is equipped with an active balancing system, reducing debugging and maintenance time by over 40 %. Our second-generation air-cooled products, the Aqua and Aero series, aim to provide customers with cost-effective energy storage solutions.

Byzer O&MS Software Platform

The Byzer O&MS Platform, which was jointly released, serves as a vital connection between equipment and services, forming a closed loop for our energy storage full ecological integration solution.
With a computing power capable of processing an average of over 650,000 cell data per second, simultaneously computing more than 2,000 node data, and a memory throughput rate of over 50 G/s, this platform provides a robust foundation for cooperation with BMS (battery management system) to balance the management of energy storage systems and improve the consistency of large-scale energy storage stations.
In addition, the platform monitors the entire station system operation data in real-time, intelligently suppressing data drift, and achieving high-precision SOX. The SOX estimation includes the state of charge (SOC), state of energy (SOE), and state of health (SOH).
Through real-time data control and deviation warning of the battery system's primary indicators, the platform generates a cause graph that accurately locates short-board and potentially dangerous cells, ensuring automated operation and maintenance, and the safe and stable operation of the energy storage system throughout its entire lifecycle.
