CLOU INTRODUCES NEXT-GENERATION LIQUID-COOLED ENERGY STORAGE SOLUTION, AQUA1

Yichun, December 22^nd – CLOU officially launches its flagship energy storage product, Aqua1, at the Yichun Energy Storage Base. The company plans to focus on the European and American markets, targeting countries and regions that adhere to European and American standards. This latest release signifies CLOU's commitment to continuous technological advancements in the field of liquid-cooled energy storage systems, and marks a significant milestone for the Yichun Energy Storage Base.

The Aqua1, CLOU's next-generation liquid-cooled product, incorporates innovative and upgraded liquid-cooled balancing management technology, which enhances cell consistency. Additionally, the product utilizes a new thermal management platform jointly developed with Midea's Industrial Technology Research Institute, ensuring temperature fluctuations within a range of 3 degrees Celsius. This effectively prevents thermal runaway, optimizes battery performance, extends system lifespan, and maximizes energy value for customers.

As one of the pioneering companies in the field of energy storage system integration in China, CLOU has been deeply involved in electrochemical energy storage for many years. The company holds both domestic and international safety certifications and possesses core technologies such as Battery Management Systems (BMS), Energy Storage Converters (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Battery Packs. CLOU is among the few Chinese companies capable of participating in the full industry integration of energy storage systems. To date, CLOU's active balancing functionality has been widely applied in numerous large-scale power station projects globally, with applications exceeding 1 GWh.

Currently, the Yichun Energy Storage Base covers an area of 110 acres. In March of this year, the Phase I expansion project of the Yichun Energy Storage Base was initiated, with an additional 43 acres planned for expansion. In August, CLOU announced plans to launch an industrial park in the Pearl River Delta region, with an estimated area of 190 acres and production capacities of 14 GWh for BESS and 5 GW for PCS. Through the continuous expansion and construction of new and existing production bases, CLOU aims to meet the increasing demand of domestic and international orders and better serve future business development and market expansion.
